I tried three times to call this facility who use great buzz words to attract clients. Needed to confirm a former students placement at this facility and after three times calling them and put on hold on average 12 minutes each time I could not talk to anyone. What can I say the sooner they investigate these so called NDIS providers the better. I would hate to be experiencing mental health which they claim they provide support and yet cant even give people the courtesy to answer the calls. Shame i will be lodging a complaint... read more
