I had an EMDR session with Sheila for a traumatic experience and (flashbacks about it) a few weeks ago. The session helped me process the experience and remove a great deal of the fear. It was also super helpful to have my feelings validated. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs to move forward and not feel so stuck.
Having seen Sheila intermittently over the years has been a gift thru different life issues. Sheila really helped me immensely. I have been working with her the last three years. She is really good at handling trauma, anxiety, & depression. She goes above and beyond to care for me & accommodate my schedule. Very personable. A lot of therapists I’ve seen have not been very relatable, but Sheila is and she treats & sees you as the real and individualized person that you are.
Sheila is incredible, and the work she does is truly transformational. She has helped my family recover from a wide range of trauma and since then we have heard amazing things from everyone we have ever sent her way (which at this point has included my parents, in-laws, friends and siblings). She is very direct and no b.s type of communicator, while simultaneously warm and compassionate. The perfect balance to hold a safe space and get real.
