Before seeing Katie I had pain in my legs, feet and hips. The shin spint pain was so bad that I could barely stand my own touch when pulling on socks. I now have new orthotics made from plaster casts of my feet and that actually move with my feet instead of against them. She has made little adjustments to them after really listening and watching how I move. All of this has meant I have almost zero muscle pain now at the of a long day on my feet.
