I was looking some someone that practiced a particular type of therapy and that’s why I chose them. Right from the start it went south. After a frustrating pathway through another company located somewhere else I finally got an appointment with the counselor I had researched as a practitioner of ACT. I my therapist
Nicholas, the medicine provider pretty much saved my life. Barely any doctors could find the right medicine combination yet he was able to help me and to also maintain wellness. A blessing thatIi happened to come across him. A great man for sure and genuinely cares that his patients get back to being well. Positive Reset is lucky to have him 👍👍
The communication between the facilities and staff members is a bit faulty.
Like all the other one star reviews this practice has predatory methods for billing. For example, I scheduled an appointment for my partner through ZocDoc with Kelsey for my husband who had a really hard time this week. I spent 3 hours to find this woman. Scheduled a therapy consultation. My husband tries to attend his appointment. On Zoom, her name was listed as Kelsey but NOT the person in the photo. My husband texts me and asks if it was Kelsey and he sends me a screenshot of their Zoom. It’s clearly not her which is ille... read more
