Make sure you have your wallet or insurance info before you call. Every conversation with them has started out with $$$ not with helping or getting you to someone who can help. Went through the screening process and insurance process only to call for first appt or self screen and they asked for more financial info or pushed the money question on to you again. Three weeks of trying, still ask for money before help…… and I’m full covered! Looking for self help, go somewhere else!

Horrible. I set up onboarding with their “sister” clinic because they recommended it to be closer to me. They called me INCESSANTLY to add my credit card to the portal, even though I told them I would be going with their sister clinic and waiting on some scheduling info before I could set up and appt. Very aggressive and unprofessional. Then I got an email saying they are unable to take me as a patient. Good riddance. I’ll gladly go with a more professional place.
Id really love to know what kind of mental health clinic cancels a therapy session appointment without letting anyone know. I recently got new insurance. Billing reached out to me to contact them and let them know my other policy is no longer active. Simple right? I did call and was told my policy is active but it may take 10-14 days to update and show up in the system. I've been seeing Fione T. at the Eatontown location for two years now, and as someone who had never been to therapy before, I’m beyond grateful that she was the one who did my intake.
