I inquired a year ago about services but never went through with it once I saw the form about billing. I still had no idea about my insurance, like if it was covered under my plan and they couldn't provide me any answers at that time unless I signed the forms. Anyway, I've been getting calls from them like every other day since July 23rd or 24th. I had answered the phone the first time, very confused, because, AGAIN, I haven't reached out in a year. Maricela Prieto was my daughter’s counselor. She is great and she did an amazing job with my daughter. Olivia is 15 years old and suffers from anxiety since 2020 when COVID started. Maricela listened to her , she was very patience and guide her through the process. Unfortunately we moved to Florida a few days ago ago and we can’t continue with her. I highly recommend her. She is just awesome at her job. We are going to miss her.
Make sure you have your wallet or insurance info before you call. Every conversation with them has started out with $$$ not with helping or getting you to someone who can help. Went through the screening process and insurance process only to call for first appt or self screen and they asked for more financial info or pushed the money question on to you again. Three weeks of trying, still ask for money before help…… and I’m full covered! Looking for self help, go somewhere else!
