Positive Recovery is amazing. It has changed my life. The nurses, the counselors, and the RA's are amazing, and they genuinely care about the residents. The treatment plans are individualized, there is a pool, and there are weekly meditations. I want to recognize RA's Steve, Tori, Jules, and Nancy who are amazing and passionate about their jobs. Absolutely horrible place they misinform and flat out lie. Removed all emergency contacts was gonna wipe me from the face of the earth. Quite literally sold me on a place that can help with autoimmune disorders like Addisons disease. Took me from their facility under the guise of going to a hospital and abandoned me at a psych ward. My loved one had to leave and drive 5+ hours literally sat in Georgetown square by a restaurant called Roots with all my stuff that wasnt stolen like prescription Costa sunglasses that are over 7... read more
Prc was great it really helped me get where I want to be to create a great future for myself. The staff and counselors were great and supported me through my time here. I appreciate everything they did to help me and I highly recommend Prc in spicewood!
Where do I start? If you are looking to get sober, this is not the place. Positive Recovery lacks professionalism,integrity and sincerity and here are a few examples from my personal experience. -I was sexually assaulted at the facility. When I brought up the incident to the staff, the head nurse/director told me “ well, you’re an attractive woman” and nothing was done to penalize the person who assaulted me. -There were drugs brought into the facility by patience.
