I want to start by stating that I am a mother and a reasonable person looking for a home for my family. It's painfully obvious this company treats the owners and tenants completely differently. It's very noticeable on their Google reviews. Notice all the owners are giving them stellar reviews while the tenants are giving them pretty bad ones, but looking at their average star rating the bad definitely outweighs the good. I somehow survived renting a property from them for 7 years, the only thing that kept me around that long was the location and how it convenient it was for me to get to work.
