Working with Cheryl has been transformational for me. Cheryl has helped me work through anxiety that really was holding me back from fully living my life. I now have so much more freedom in life to pursue what I want to, and feel free from the barriers I had constructed in my mind! Moreover, when I started with Cheryl, my anxiety was resulting in sleeplessness and stomach pain. Those have both subsided almost completely after working with her! Can't recommend this practice highly enough.

Great counselors but terrible business practices. 10 years as a loyal client and they have the nerve to charge me $50 because I was very sick and had to cancel my appointment the same day. Nevermind that my counselor has canceled on me the same day when they were sick, more than once. I understand if someone cancels just for convenience or if they decided not to come, but you can't always predict if you're going to get sick. Do they want us puking on their counselors?

I have been seeing Cheryl for over 5 years. I should also start by saying I have been in therapy for my entire adult life and I found Positive Perspective about 5 years ago and I was lucky enough to have been seeing Cheryl for the past 5 years. She has been by far the best and most caring and empathetic therapist I have ever seen. She is a straight shooter and I need that. And appreciate that even more. I am so glad I got help when I went through an unexpected and stressful experience. My therapist helped me understand how events in my past impacted my present reactions. I uncovered connections I would never have uncovered on my own. I also walked away with tools to use in the future. My experience was entirely positive!
