These people are absolutely useless. I have waited 1 month since initially calling them for an appointment. Still nothing. I guess they're fine to let patients and potential patients suffer.
I have waited 2 months for a call back and still nothing.
There has been nothing positive about my experience with Positive Methods. You call, nobody picks up. You go online and it says to fill out their form, but there is no link. You leave a message with the exchange, nobody calls you back. You leave a text and you get a reply a week later telling you they need your insurance info. You give your insurance info and are told you will hear back the next day and it’s been another week with no response. It’s been a whole month trying to get an appointment and nothing.
