The technician promptly answered my call and listed to what I had to say. He explained that my year old aircon might not be able to get replacement parts, however the noise that I described might be a simple fix. The technician went out of his way to come to my home on the morning of my call to the delight of my year old mother. He disassembled the heat exchanger inside mum's home, cleaned the unit, fixed the problem and was on his way within minutes. Fantastic service and an amazing honest person, thank you.
Honestly can't recommend these guys enough. I picked them because they were local and because of their great google reviews. From the initial contact to installation, they were so professional, easy to deal with and even fixed some issues the previous installers had not addressed. Will definitely use them again moving forward for any air conditioning needs. Thank you the technician, the specialist and team.
The technician and staff were very prompt and efficient. Their quote was very fair and reasonable. Our neighbour recommended this company and we are happy with all the work they performed. Would definitely call them again and would be happy to recommend their service to friends or businesses looking for AC Installation, repairs etc.
