AIt’s never fun to walk in to a 35 degree house after being gone for the holidays. After calling around with no success in scheduling a same day appointment the day after Christmas, I got a call back from them. He was so helpful with troubleshooting on the phone and even offered to stop by to help us diagnose the problem when he realized our house was on his way to another appointment.
