My initial phone call was answered very promptly but a very friendly office manager and she advised she would get a technician to call me. The technician called minutes later and was on the case to get someone to me asap. He then rang back to confirm there had been a cancellation and they could come earlier which was wonderful. The technician was very polite and helpful and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend this company as everyone I dealt with was delightful and efficient. Thank you again.
For what a stressful thing is to have a massive leak, they made the process a little less stressful. They walked me through everything. Answered all my questions multiple times. We are so grateful for their time spent walking us through each step.
Just had the guys from this company come out to fit in our new ducted air conditioner, they were very friendly, professional and fast. Thank you to the team for doing such a great job. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
Tech was very professional, honest, and informative while he was here. I have an old system and he made every effort to work with difficult equipment. It is working better than it has in 10 years. This companies have only added refrigerant and sprayed it out for 20 minutes and were gone. He took the time to fix all that was wrong. I would recommend this company.
