A good experience
I have been with Positive Healthcare California for at least 10 years. If you have AIDS and Medi-Cal there is NO BETTER HMO than PHC. I have been given prior authorizations in some cases on the same day for medications that I needed that other HMOs would of balked at. I say this from experience. My doctor left AHF for a few months. I followed him and had to get a different HMO, Molina Heathcare. Worst experience of my life. Drugs that were covered with PHC all had a co-pay or weren't covered at all.
