The worst experience ever ! Lack of communication lack of effort and lack of hospitality- no accountability of staff . My reminder for my appt went out at 10pm the night before , accessor was great but after that down hill - I called them after a month after being told it would take less than a week. I called them multiple times to to speak to someone either no anwser or no call back and I needed someone to explain why the process is taking so long and when they did call me she was rude defensive told me she didn’t understan... read more
