I had a true plumbing emergency on an Saturday and called one of those warranty companies that I have a plumbing plan with and they said that they couldn’t come out for 5 days. Not being able to wait that long, Aaron was referred to me by a neighbor and he was amazing. He came quickly, gave us a temporary effective fix to get us through the weekend until he could return on Monday with better tools. His honesty, professionalism and attention to detail was top notch!
Aaron is AWESOME. After moving to the area into a house with some pretty funky nuances, Aaron helped more than a couple times with any pipe/water/plumbing issues we needed (and was really nice about a time when the issue was a simple valve turn). He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Positive Flow is a gem. 10/10 recommendation!

Aaron saved me again. He saved THOUSANDS of dollars for me when a large commercial company claimed I needed a sewer line replacement with a price tag of $6250. My tenant called a large company during an emergency when I was unavailable. I was suspicious so I called Aaron. He came out immediately. He cleared the line and ran a camera through it to show there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Be careful when it comes to other companies.
