Part of my house was suddenly low-power, which really threw me off because I have some familiarity with NO power issues but not 'low' power. I called Xcel, and they were incredibly unhelpful in letting me know when a technician could come out. Just to be safe, I called Positive Energy and talked to Christian, who was able to review my situation over the phone and troubleshoot.
