rarely get someone answering the phone, and slow reply by email. No records to check after registration on the online booking Portal. Cancellation fee is the same as missing fee, seems cancellation within 48 hours makes no sense, just save the time as directly no show. Met psychologist since late May, but no resolution until early July. Shouldn't patients who come to see a psychologist need more care? However, I felt more and more irritable as contacting this medical provider.
