Since meeting, Lisa Meadowcraft, I have had 2 -- 1 hour massages recently. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring and expert in her field. Personally, I have had insomnia on and off for years. Since my last scheduled massage, not only have I been falling asleep faster, but actually sleeping all night, and even remembering my dreams. which proves I have reached REM!
