Absolutely amazing! My husband and I Gained so much knowledge and skills from one afternoon with Steph, even my husband loved it, and the follow up support is incredible to have. Would recommend to anyone having a bub, especially first time parents. Thanks heaps Steph!!
I attended the hypnobirthing course with Steph with my partner last month. I was 7 months pregnant at the time. The course was extremely informative and provided a lot of resources and tips for having a positive birth. While I got a lot out of it, I feel my partner got even more, knowing what he can do to be a supportive person during my labour. It was a really great course and Steph made it so easy to understand and a really nonjudgmental environment to ask questions and learn. We come away feeling very empowered and without the fear we had before. I am looking forward to birth and I know my birth partners are both really pleased knowing how they can help me seeing as neither have ever assisted with a birth before. I highly recommend this class to anyone who is currently pregnant, even if it's not your first baby. The information and tools given took away so many of my fears and misconceptions about the birth process and all the wrong/fear-inducing information that is out there. Thanks to Steph I am now looking forward to the amazing experience of bringing my baby girl into the outside world.
