HORRIBLE experience. Waited over a year to get a therapist assigned to my son. When she finally started, she showed up and was disengaged the entire time and was late. She never showed for the next appointment and didn't call/text/email to tell us she couldn't make it. We waited 7 more months for another therapist. 3 hours before he was supposed to start, I asked our case manager for his name.
