This place's administration is an absolute joke and there is very minimal communication between them and staff. They didn't bill my insurance until 4 months after i started visiting and was suddenly hit with collection calls for hundreds in copays. Months later after they figured that out, I had been paying them through my uhc insurance portal, and suddenly the payments stopped getting forwarded. I'm genuinely surprised of the bad reviews. I can't fault anything with Positive Beginnings. Stephanie is absolutely amazing, she is very compassionate and seems to genuinely care about my wellbeing. The office staff nearly always answer the phone every time I call which is such a rarity these days with businesses. I highly recommend them!
