I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted by my experience with this practice. My husband and I both started going here, and unfortunately, we feel we were treated unfairly and primarily viewed as sources of revenue rather than patients. I am very appreciative of the front-end staff. The therapist and psychiatrist were great! The biggest impression I have had on this business is the administrative and billing department. After months of trying to work through services I was looking for, I found myself more focused on keeping the billing team accountable, as opposed to me receiving services.
