I'm genuinely surprised of the bad reviews. I can't fault anything with Positive Beginnings. Stephanie is absolutely amazing, she is very compassionate and seems to genuinely care about my wellbeing. The office staff nearly always answer the phone every time I call which is such a rarity these days with businesses. I highly recommend them!
Overall, our experience has been OK. Dr Ramesh is good with our son, and is always happy to talk to us about our concerns and make suggestions. However, seems that the office staff could benefit from better organization and a scheduling system (I had issues with a counselor frequently double booking, not showing up, and cancelling with little notice - then making appointments several weeks out without checking with me).
