Adineh and her team were a pleasure to work with. They offered options for us when our original application was not accepted. We enjoyed staying at our place in Carina Heights. When we had to break our lease for work relocation, Adineh was very easy to work with. She managed to look for new tenants even during the busy holiday period. The final bond cleaning and exit process all went smoothly even though we already physically moved. I recommend this team.

My neighbor and I found ourselves looking for a rental in peak time. We found a property through Position One and had Tara handle our application. Tara was fabulous, not only with her amazing communication with us and the property owner, but also with her response time. Tara was so friendly and professional, just a pure gem.
