I came after having had 3 bike fitting done at regular bike stores and also having watched a ton of youtube an made numerous adjustments myself. Ken did a great job with my fit. He uncovered a major issue with my seat width and he also showed me that my handlebars are too wide relative to my shoulder width. I came to ken with a lot of hip pain mostly due to the seat width that I did not realize; completing the bike and changing the seat as well as adjusting cleats made a world of difference.
