One word. “Flavorful” the sauce that they use bought me back in time to a restaurant in The Bronx that I grew up on. And when my girlfriend said try this sauce. The goosebumps on my arms popped up and first thing I said this sauce tastes just like back home. We decided to try Positano Trattoria Pizzeria and we are SO glad we did. The pizza is incredibly authentic—the crust has the perfect crispiness and char, and it actually holds up and folds exactly the way it's supposed to. You can tell the sauce is fresh and high-quality. We also tried the garlic knots, and they might honestly be some of the best we've ever had—perfectly soft and buttery. The staff was super attentive, friendly, and served everything hot and fresh. Got the glutten free crust pizza , excellent, my wife for spaghetti and a chaser salad. But excellent, great atmosphere and service.
