I ordered takeout with Positano on April 28. I have been getting food from them for over 40 years as they are my go to place for Xmas Eve seafood. I understand that they are under new management. The food quality is still as high as it ever was. I ordered baked clams, Veal Pizzaiola, Ziti with tomato sauce and Buffalo Chicken Wings. This is one of my all time favorite restaurants Carlo the new owner but old employee from the founder of Positano has a depth in his soul to cook authentic family style farm to table Italian food just like Nona ! He has a tough job but he knocks it out of the park every single time we go ! Way too slow getting our food. Plan on staying hours to get dinner. 3 hrs is a bit much.
The most incredible chicken Frances I’ve ever had. Extremely generous portions. The staff is amazing. Cappuccino after dinner was incredible. Zeppole’s at the end with the strawberry’s was the icing on the cake. My favorite Italian restaurant. 11/10 stars. Not one single complaint here. Long time customer and always will be.
