Took months for the installers to show up. They did so when it was raining. I suggested they come back when the weather was better. They went ahead with the installation. Fell off the roof twice. Fortunately, it was onto my deck and not all the way to the ground, which could have been disastrous. Inspectors came weeks later. A missing placard caused the inspection to fail. Had an appointment today for a general overview of my home and the possibility that it had enough sun for solar. I receive a very large if not complete coverage by the sun. I have even received two photographs of my roof showing its complete availability to sunlight. I received a telephone call this morning prior to my appointment by the "engineer" telling me that my roof did not get enough sunlight for solar and cancelled the appointment. The worst experience in my life. Like other reviewers I have had my solar installed for 7 months, passed inspection, have correct meter and am still waiting for system to be turned on! Josh Brown is the WORST project manager. Never any contact. Have to call him all the time to find out what us taking so long! Last contact was over a month ago and he told me the company ran out of money/funding and now I have to wait. Called his manager again last week and main office today and still cannot talk to anyone!
