PoshPicnix was an absolute disaster when hired for my younger sister's 30th birthday celebration decor. They did a horrible job, and to make matters worse, they were completely unresponsive and took zero responsibility when we contacted them about the issues. My birthday decor was a disaster. The assistance she had for my decor was highly unprofessional and refused to answer my phone to pick up the decor or fix it. When guest arrived to my birthday, they thought I did my own decor instead of hiring a professional team. My sister booked this company for her 30th birthday decorations and we had a horrible experience. My sister did white backdrop with nude/blush tone balloons with a 3-0 foil balloons and boho vases, however when we got to our venue, only the backdrop and side balloons were there. The lady who was in contact with my sister while setting up the decor did not even mention to us that some decor pieces were going to be missing. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! I booked a luxury picnic to celebrate our 11th anniversary, and it was a complete disappointment. First off, what they provided was hilariously basic and nowhere near worth the $320 I paid. Honestly, it wasn't even worth $20.
