Terrible. I scheduled two appointments for 4:30pm for a friend and myself. My friend's started right away, however, I sat waiting until 4:55pm for the girl who was doing mine to finish the woman next to me and begin mine. We were both scheduled for mani/pedis. My girl had not even gotten to my massage when my friend was finished. It is now 5:40pm, and mine is finally finished. Yet the staff started cleaning the spa about ten minutes ago. Very Nice & quiet atmosphere in the salon. Everyone was very friendly and they did a fantastic job on my pedicure and gel manicure .
