Tara is EXCELLENT! I completely lucked out finding her, as I only called the morning of while passing through Heber, she had a cancellation that morning and could take me. The completely natural looking color, highlight, cut & style she did for me was flawless. Absolutely perfect! If I lived in the area, without a doubt, Tara would be my choice of stylists.Thank you Tara.
