We recently bought a Spa from Posh Spas after a few months of searching and looking at numerous different makes and models from various suppliers. As soon as we visited Posh Spas we were impressed by the Spas on display and James's friendly and knowledgeable approach. The delivery and installation by James and Mark was impressive and we have been enjoying the Spa on a daily basis since then. Running costs have been very reasonable due to the added installation of a Air source heat pump by Posh Spas
Have been looking at spa’s at various retailers for a while but none gave me any total confidence with either poor knowledge or questionable after sales. Went to Posh Spa’s and met James and was instantly filled with confidence.No pushiness, fantastic knowledge and friendly advice and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision immediately. I recently bought a hot tub from Posh Spas & the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was so helpful & knowledgable. James took the time to explain all the technical details in a really clear & easy to understand way, making it easier for me to make a decision on which hot tub was right for me. They seem to like parking over people's driveways and not moving for the home owner (not even where the company is visiting) when they were getting in the car and waiting to leave. Instead just carried on like nothing.
Absolutely brilliant service from showroom to installation. Nick was extremely friendly and took time explaining everything to us, Adam, Andy and Mark were super during delivery and installation. Definitely recommend for anyone considering a hot tub. Thank you Posh Spas Leisure!!
