I was overcharged when I paid for my first appointment, then my card they kept on file was charged for an appointment I never made or confirmed. They don't respond to inquiries about reimbursement for these two things. The hair color and cut are nothing like the reference photo. The stylist was laying her head on her arm while mixing my hair color. She also dropped the hair color in the bowl on the floor. She said she couldn't cut layers or style my hair, although it was supposed to be part of the fee I paid for a haircut.... read more
