Posh Pools and anyone who worked for them should be held accountable for their taking of hard earned monies from people and in return you get shoddy work, no work in some cases, subcontractors do not show up and absolutely no customer service. These guys are in it for the money and nothing else! They do not deserve to be in business and should be run out of Florida for what they have done to people. I used to be a Subcontractor for Posh. DO NOT HIRE THEM! They are a sinking ship and will lie their asses off to collect your deposit checks and not pay hardworking companies such as myself. Their store on 19 Closed because they can't pay rent, they owe countless Subs THOUSANDS of dollars. Whenever you do actually get a hold of Cody it's excuse after excuse. They are currently going around collecting money from customers for future projects that they know aren't going to get completed and probably going to file bankrupt... read more

We decided to move forward with Posh Pools for a $20,000+ project in July 2014. We gave a $5,000+ deposit and then everything went down hill after that. Missed appointments, and no return phone calls from company in August. Finally asked for our money back and Owner delayed and delayed with excuses why a check couldn't be cut for us - and why we couldn't pick it up personally - excuse after excuse (See BBB complaint (email chain for reference)....... Community pool – I initialy met with and accepted four bids for the renevation of our associations swimming pool. The company owner came out (Cody) and he was very personable and polite. Bids were taken on an equal basis as to what we wanted done. Interier marquis finish with colorful tile around the inside top border along with pavers and coping tiles around the exterier areas. Travertine – Competitive pricing. Good work. Responded to any calls or concerns quickly. Had a project manager contact me every day. Rare in Florida compared to my other experiences they did a very good job. The only complaint I can think of is I wish they would have offered sealing the travertine as part of the original proposal. 5 stars all the way though great job guys!
