I got my nails done and they came off in 4 days. I had nails on before I came and she was ripping them off probably to save time but it was really painful. I got a polka dot design and the dots were uneven and different sizes, totally different than my inspiration picture. My mom came in less than a week later to talk to them about my experience and set up a day where they can redo my nails. My daughters came in to get their nails done on Thursday, one of them got gelx tips and they came off on the third day having them. By Wednesday most of the nails came off, so they only lasted about a week. We came back on Friday because she had a busy schedule but I contacted them on Wednesday about redoing her nails. They said there would be no charge, but today after she got her nails done they charged 50%. The technician was wonderful this time, but the receptionist was not accomadating our needs.
The technician did not wash his hands or wear gloves prior to seeing me. He immediately began filing my nails with a dirty, used emery board, which he chose from a pile of dirty emery boards. I started looking around the stations, and noticed that they all had containers with used nail files out and ready to use for the next client.
