Nail tech removed my acrylics by ripping it off. When i told the lady to please soak it, she said my nail is old and it’s a normal procedure + my skin will get dry. Basically tried to dismiss me and changed the topic. The entire procedure was PAINFUL and all she said was ‘sorry’. I didn’t know that it wasn’t a standard practice elsewhere and they’re basically just being lazy and try cutting down the time. Very disappointed :(
We visited Katie and the team at posh and polish and they were amazing! Lisa who done my designs done a absolute stunning job and my daughter got a infill and pedicure and it was a amazing job also ! We cant recommend them highly enough they were all fantastic we look forward to our next visit at Posh and Polish.
I had my nails done by Lisa today at Liverpool she was amazing very talented I absolutely love them and look forward to returning for my next set
