Very clean and reasonably priced nail salon. I always work with Mya, she is wonderful!Everyone there is very friendly and talented. Scheduling is always very easy. If you pay in cash, you will get a discount. Around the holidays, they usually give out a free gift which I think is really sweet ☺️ Posh nails is a great salon that I highly recommend. I'm so glad to have such a beautiful salon right here in Mount Airy!

Can’t say enough great things about Teresa! Been seeing her almost 2yrs and she always does great work. Meticulous, talented and is very sweet. Staff is always welcoming and accommodating, and I just love the beautiful orchids they have around the shop, which is always clean. Definitely recommend
Waited forever to get a pedicure, more than an hour for a walk-in. I asked for the nail tips to be square and leave them a little long. The tech shaped them round, and cut super short. They are also shaped unevenly. Not much of a leg massage but the massage chairs are nice.
