I want to be clear this review is about one specific front desk employee -- not the salon's nail technicians, several of whom also cover the front desk and are wonderful. The front desk staff member I dealt with was unprofessional to the point that I won't be returning, solely because of her. Five minutes after my scheduled appointment time -- while I was in the parking lot -- I received a call threatening to mark me down as a "no call, no show." My daughter got her nails in five days ago and was very happy with it, it still looks fresh and has not shipped at all. The atmosphere was amazing very relaxing and I almost fell asleep.😂 not too expensive either
I went to do a manicure and pedicure excellent service !
