Gel nail polish lasted for 2 days. I went back to complain and they treated me very bad. I am very disappointed
PT. I I'd started patronizing Posh before the Pandemic and never encountered an issue. However, after they reopened I've encountered more than enough issues with quality of service, customer service and inconsistent hours to have my opinion change greatly. After my last experience I will NEVER BE BACK. I went in on a Friday for a pedi and a gel manicure. I selected a deluxe pedi with paraffin wax. PT. II I move from the pedi chair to sit to have my mani completed. I had to clean up the blood from the ***** The lady was literally trying to complete a gel manicure with the blood in my cuticle. Completely UNSANITARY! It took them forever to understand the simple design I wanted. I had selected the color while sitting in the pedi chair but asked if they had something different.
