Shop was clean and the staff were so warm and inviting. I was made to feel so welcomed and comfortable. Service was A1. Highly recommend visiting this shop especially when comparing to previous experiences at other shops. Thank You Aura!!
I love how they tried to state that I was never there which just annoys me even more. I literally took this picture inside the salon but I wasn’t there “according to records”. Check your camera’s from 2:30pm-5:00pm. I in-fact was there with my girlfriend, which is a why you don’t have “record”. Trying to be dismissive and threatening people with litigation because you don’t know how to treat people. My experience is my own and I am free to share that.
