Do NOT, repeat Do NOT deal with this business. The owner lied to us and came up with every possible excuse for why our furniture and rug took more than 16 months to get. And when our chair (that they ordered) broke, we have not been able to get a replacement for the past 5+ months. The owner told us she doesn't return emails or phone calls as if that is a good thing. Very bad experience with this company. The owner ducks calls, does not respond to emails and quite honestly lies blatantly as to status and ability to fill orders. Very very frustrating dealing with such an unprofessional business. The store may be cute but the truly poor customer service is not. One star is generous.
This cute store was amazing to work with. It has a retro tropical style but the owner specializes in English country slipcovers. I had so much fun on our project and it was truly to die for once we were finished. Can't wait to get started on another project!
I had an opportunity to work with the owner and staff at Posh and they were absolutely terrific. They came out to my house and gave me a consultation and was able to coordinate all my mismatched colors using some new fabrics, select pillows and reupholstery. The thing that makes me love this store is that they did not try to get me to buy merchandise that I did not need. They were prompt and professional.
The owners are very friendly and they can take care of every aspect of decorating your house. They have a work room that was able to make the most beautiful pillows for me. I am very pleased with their work and recommend that others use them.
Just received my new slipcovers and they fit perfectly - very impressive, since they didnt take my sofa out they just cut a pattern and took measurements. I really like the fabric they helped me with also - it's going to be so much better with the summer renters to keep the sofa clean. It took a bit longer than expected but they did hire more help, so four stars!
On 3/31/14, Started with a very helpful decorator, who left. After a 10 week wait 'to be on the schedule for reuphostery', an additional two weeks went by. Called the store. Finally picked up on July 1, 2014. Was told it would be about two weeks. Called after 3 weeks and they didn't even know who I was or what my furniture was like. Kept being told it was being worked on, that they had no control over how the upholsterer worked. The owners are very helpful and they can take care of everything that has to do with decorating your house. I had them make me a custom duvet set and I love it! One of the best fabric and furniture stores on the Grand Strand!
