Have used posh for 6 months now and they have been consistently great in their service.
Can't thank POSH enough for being part of the "Cleaning For A Reason" program, providing free cleaning services for those of us undergoing cancer treatment. The Cleaning Teams were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient, tackling the areas of our home that stopped getting the attention they needed when priorities switched to health over home. Communication at the start was fantastic and extremely prompt. Asked for cleaning of refrigerator and clarified via email twice that this service would be completed. Fridge was untouched. Although they did provide a a refund for this part of the service I specifically asked twice for this service to be completed. For such a an expensive and posh cleaning service - I was disappointed that my request wasn’t met.
We have used Posh now for several years and couldn’t be happier with the level of quality service that is always provided!! Sadly we went through several other cleaning services that cannot match the quality and level of service that Posh provides! If you’re OCD like we are then there’s no reason not to try Posh! We truly recommend that you try Posh if you’re looking for a good cleaning service!!
