Poor customer service, don’t meet delivery and outsource everything! I have been a customer for over 4 years and spent close to 1k for my more expensive clothes - Brunello / LP etc and had mixed experiences. The last visit was the final straw - for the price point you should get good customer service and controlled quality. Fabio the store manager is incredibly rude and has no customer service skills - additionally they just send all the clothes off site to a shared cleaner where they have no control over the process or qua... read more
I have been a customer for a long time at the Boca location. They have always done a great job on dry cleaning and alterations. Maria is an excellent tailor and very reliable.
