Love this place! It’s clean it’s brand new. I love that. It’s women only so no creepy guys stare at us. All the instructors are very understanding and very motivating. I can’t wait to come back. I actually bought an unlimited package.
I joined Posh Fitness a few months ago and have absolutely loved it! The team is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, the atmosphere is uplifting, and I love that it’s a women-only space. Every workout is motivating and fun, and the supportive community makes it even better. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a positive and inspiring place to train!

Love Posh! An all woman’s boutique style gym that incorporates a dynamic body changing workout, focused on challenging strength training and cardio, along with support and companionship from the amazing staff & coaches, to all the women you workout with. A true community of like minded women rooting each other on. Highly recommend!
