I had an unpleasant experience at the reception. When I asked the older woman at the front desk about the price for an acrylic manicure and more information about the process, she spoke to me in a very rude and aggressive way. I’ve been a regular here and always had great experiences, until today. What was supposed to be a relaxing appointment turned into one of the most stressful nail services I’ve ever had. The technician was unprofessional and clearly inexperienced. Instead of drying my nails properly under the UV light, she had me hold it myself, one nail at a time, while her hands just rested under mine. Got my nails done from these folks and not even a few days later they started to chip and peel off. I have been getting shellac nail paint since five years and nothing like this has happened. I suspected that they charged me full price and made a student do my nails. Very poor service.
