Dr Seihoun is the BEST. Empathic with patients that are a little nervous. Clearly explains the procedure to put the patients mind at ease. If you are in need of a Dentist, look no further!
1. Dr. Seihoun is a wonderful Dentist. 2. He has a dogwater billing staff (front desk staff) You know who you are. 3. Anything that person says, assume the opposite is true. 4. Check your insurance separately. Do not trust that they did it for you, properly. In my case they saw a $ amount of coverage, but for a different type of care, and assumed I was covered for my recent procedures, I wasn't. 5. I cannot say enough good things about Posh Dental Arts and Dr. Babak Seihoun. After months of pain and frustration with my former dentist — multiple visits, a crown, a root canal, and still no answers — I was told I’d have to wait two more weeks just to be seen. Nothing but amazing things to say about this group. From the Dentist to hygienists to the office staff. Top notch.
I attempted to make an appointment this morning and I was told that I am "band" from making appointments because I have too many "no shows?" The receptionist then says that I missed 3 appointments in 2020? During the pandemic? I was sure that they mixed me up because I JUST received services in early 2024 with no problems. Silence on the call. I'm at a loss for words. Everything happens for a reason.
