Posh Curls has not remedied this terrible haircut. Have called & texted to reschedule, they never redid it. 🤢🤮🤕 She didn’t ask or tell me she parted my hair differently, HAS to be because the front pieces are so uneven and the sections are too chunky, I’ve included a picture. She brushed my hair out before I walked out the door…after charging $200 for a new formacut + $200 for dye before tip. Not enough good things to say about Posh Curls and my experience with Lacy! I've struggled with a frizzy, mixed curl pattern for years and came in with a "tiktok" haircut that really didn't look awful, but it didn't fit me. I had a fluffy "shelf" in my layers I couldn't figure out how to fix but Lacy made strategic trims to my dry curls one at a time that really made them blend and frame my face beautifully! I recently visited this salon for a curly haircut, and while there were some positives, my overall experience was mixed. The curl specialist was clearly knowledgeable and took the time to explain techniques and care for curly hair, which I really appreciated. However, the service was quite expensive, and unfortunately, the final result didn’t fully meet my expectations. I visited with someone I know who needed a ride. Much to my surprise, I was asked to join them to learn more because I have curly hair, too. I had an incredible experience at Posh Curls in Barrington. I worked with Joanne for both my cut and color, and I’ve received so many compliments since my appointment. She truly understands wavy and curly hair. Not only did my hair look amazing when I left, but I was also given an in-depth, step-by-step tutorial tailored to my wavy hair that completely changed how I refresh it between wash days.
