Ambiance is super chic and put together. The girl who made my appointment was super sweet and nice being my 1st time. Kareen was super sweet, took her time in asking what I wanted and as well during the process of my brows; she has a light touch. Definitely will be coming back!
Alexis did a wonderful job on my brow mapping and threading! She explained the entire process thoroughly and confirmed my approval before the hair removing process. She was very gentle, this was definitely one of the least painless threading experiences I've had. And at the end of the service she helped me understand what might look good as my brows continue to regrow. She was kind and professional and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The moment i checked in with Zulema was kinda odd, no warm welcome or anything, just hiding behind the computer doing work. I was expecting a warm welcome to her salon to match her online social media personality. I get sat down with one of the brow techs and she was sooooo rough with hand placement. She was resting really hard her hands and hurting my nose it was just not a relaxing or pleasant experience.
