I've been coming to this salon for over 3 years and always receive great service. Chris is my go to for brows, facials and laser hair removal. She's friendly and very well-educated in everything aesthetics. Elizabeth and Nadine are both talented hairdressers and Amy is a great RMT. I've seen instant results with her lymphatic massages.

Ask for Nadine. I’ve been here for a massage before and brought female friends here. Today was my first haircut here and Nadine was very good. I showed her a photograph of how I liked my hair. Because a mens barber had cut my hair two short on the sides we need to wait for the sides to fill out again. So I asked her to do what she liked and the result was nice.

I called today to make an appointment for a pedicure/manicure for Tuesday, since I am a senior. The owner answered the phone. She was impatient, rude, not accommodating, not customer-service-trained. We have been clients of this facility for decades. But no more. She, as the owner, just lost loyal clients.

I'm so glad I met Elizabeth. She gave me a wonderful haircut, consulted with me, and asked questions to better understand what I wanted. It's nerve-wracking to go to a new stylist, but I'm very pleased.
