Please be aware when booking for an appointment you ask will it be a wait. I booked and appointment for a Thursday at 2pm arrived on time just to sit in a place for 5 hours. Not one time the”OWNER” JESSICA! Apologize, show empathy not even tell me to come back. Very rude and very unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN!
Updated review: I’ve been to this establishment more than three times, and unfortunately, each visit has been a repeat of the same disappointing experience. Most recently, I referred a client to Jessica for a weave install, and it turned out to be a frustrating and unpleasant experience for both the client and myself. The service was excellent and I was very very satisfied! My daughter had her prom and she wanted a sew in. Everyone complimented my daughter and it's now 5 days later and she's still getting compliments and everyone wants to know where she went, so Jessica is going to have a lot more business coming her way. And I'm going to get my hair done there too! The environment was just so nice and it was so clean. Was a very nice experience.
One thing about this place is they never answer the phone. I went there one time to get my hair done and they were so rude because they were closed. It was 3 pm and no one would expect a business to be closed that early. I tried to open the door but it was locked of course. Now, wouldn’t you have acknowledged the patron and said oh sorry we are closed. They just looked at me and kept talking to each other. Lol, like just rude with mid level work
