Erica was very pleasant and professional each visit. She answered every question I had and made it a very comfortable process getting my first hearing aids. I am so impressed with the Oticon Intent 1 hearing aids. I can hear so many things I was missing at work, in noisy places and in quiet places. Dawn works with Erica in perfect teamwork always with patience and a smile. Very happy with the Turlock office.
