I've had the pleasure of working with Joe and Posetek for over 5 years now. The company has shown to be professional, timely, and technically sound. I've had them work on my Air Conditioning systems as well as appliances and each time, the repairs proved to last indefinitely. Their technician was scheduled for "first thing" on a Thursday. At 8:30 I called their office and was told "he's on his way". As of 10:30 he's still not here.
