He was very nice and personable and professional in person and gave a good price I thought for sanding and finishing my wood floors... However, when the scheduled time came for the job he was nowhere to be found and I could not contact him. The crew did a fantastic job installing our LVP floor, taking care not to nick our newly painted walls. They also did a great job with clean up. I’m very happy with their work!

My husband and I would recommend Posel Construction to anyone. Quote was very reasonable, Timing of the material delivery was perfect, arrival time and completion of the installation was exactly as planned, workmanship was top notch. Rich (the company owner) and Jeremy, were timely and did a professional job. All the old flooring was hauled away and they were impeccable in clean up. We couldn’t be more pleased.
